Pay better attention to the people that are staying in the hotel (noise). The room wasn't clean and the floor was broken. The staff was unfriendly and when somebody took my van, nobody wanted to help me. Very bad hotel!!

There is nothing to like bout this hotel other than it is cloe to the central station. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.
When we arrived at 10 in night there were no lights...there was a nonsense girl at reception who was sleepy and had no clue what was happening in the hotel. Most rubbish hotel I have ever seen in my life and pity Europe has such hotels.

Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the station. The four of us got up at 8:23am and we were still able to be at the station at 9am for the 9:05am train.
The power went off 2x during our one night stay. There was no hot water at night for shower. Hotel staff threatened to

Its location only - within walking distance of the station
It was extremely expensive for the type of room we stayed in - the pictures on Booked.net do not relate at all to what we actually had. The website shows luxury rooms whereas in reality it is more like very basic hostel accommodation - bathroom mouldy and sparse, very little room to move between beds, breakfast spartan, plastic plates, cups and cutlery - in fact, no redeeming features and we felt we were totally ripped off. Definitely would not recommend it for the price!!!

Wonderfull location - next to Central station. We had 4-person room on the ground floor. That was really nice with wc and shower. I felt like living in my own appartment in Milano. Breakfast is not provided, but knowing that in Italy it would be 1 croissant plus glass of juice - I did not feel really like missing out something. Actually some blocks away is wonderful supermarket Simple, where you can get all you need for your breakfast, lunch and dinner plus you can have nice meal or two in the McDonalds next to Il Duome. Delicioso! Thank you hotel Valley for being so cheap and nice! :)
As someone wrote - in the mornings there are garbage machines making noise, as well as in our case neighbours were having some loud Indian/Pakistanee music party which gradually switched to George Michaels Golden eighties party. I took my earplugs and heared nothing afterwards and had very restfull sleep. Receptionists are really on the guard of this place - so be prepared every time when re-entering back to hotel and pressing buzzer outside to state your name and room number, preffereably in Italian, as you are in Italy and they speak Italiano here, you know ;) . and they are good on economizing things - there were 2 electric plugs to use - 1 in the room high up for the tv and 1 in the wc, we ofcourse used both :) Towels are provided and there was big bottle of liquid soap as well.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, cause it is right to the main train station (Centrale Milano), also all buses that come from the airports stop there, so it is really comfortable when you have a late or early flight. And also the towels were changed one time.
At first it was really difficult to understand that it is hotel, even one star, but I have been in better hostels as well. The photos that you can see before booking are completely incorrect! The furniture, floor, walls are such old and it seems that the room last time was repaired fifty years ago. The worst thing about staying at this hotel, that it was really very cold inside this room, because the heating device was very small and almost didnt work, through the window you can feel the wind that comes inside the room, the blanket for sleeping was a thing that you need in summer not in winter. Through this old window we could hear every sound that was in the street, even talking. Also the electrical socket was impossible to use for our hairdryer, because it was too small (I think because it is the old version also). In my opinion the woman at reception speaks very poor english, we didnt get any information about anything what is possible to use in this hotel or to get in case you need smth. If you want to stay for one night it is ok, but for a longer time I really dont recommend it, because you will be really dissapointed about staying at this hotel.

Location
I did not like the condition of the room - it was not repaired for a long tome, dirty walls in the room and lavatory. When we arrived the receptionist could provide us with the room with shared bathroom for the first night (fyi I reserved a room with a bathroom) giving as an argument that she was not sure with our arrival since russian tourists often cancel the booking despite the fact that I informed them in advance that my flight is delayed and I called to the hotel to inform about this
